The service

RivalIsm reads public web pages that you choose, compares versions and produces briefs and battlecards. Output is based on page text and is provided for business information. Check important decisions against the source page.

Accounts

You sign in with a code sent to your email and are responsible for activity under your account. Provide a real work email and keep access to it.

Subscriptions

Plans are paid subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in US dollars. Yearly billing is offered at 50 percent lower monthly price. You may cancel at any time from billing settings and the plan runs to the end of the paid period. Limits of a plan, such as rivals, pages and seats, are consumed during the period and are not restored by removing items.

Acceptable use

Use RivalIsm only on public pages and in line with the rules of those sites. Do not try to reach private networks, bypass access controls, overload other sites or resell the output as a data feed.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available, with a 99.9 percent SLA on Enterprise. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and our liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms, and the current version is always on this page.
